Review: Balance Me Super Moisturising Body Wash

Hi loves! How are you all doing? I have been sick the past 3 days and still am, but I feel bit better and I'm able to blog :) Today's post is on Balance Me Super Moisturising Body Wash (200ml). The formula of it is richly hydrating and claims to be dry skin friendly.

The shower gel comes in a yellow squeeze tube (on their page I found only 280ml bottle, which comes with a pump) and I love the yellow packaging. It looks so happy :) Its easy to get the product out and the formula is with out parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, silicones, dea, pegs propylene glycol, artificial fragrances and colors. It does have a herbal scent to it, which I personally like, but it took me sometime to get use to it.

How to use: Massage it onto wet skin and wash off.

It doesn't dry my skin out like some other shower gels do. It leaves it hydrated, but I still need to moisturize my skin after shower, because its just not enough (I have very dry skin). It has been my goto shower gel, because how gentle it is to my skin and the herbal scent is so relaxing. I also like the texture of the body wash, its not too runny, more like proper gel.

I definetly will buy a new bottle after I finish this one and maybe try a new body wash as well :) I also like 99% of the ingredients are natural. If you are interested in this you can find it in bigger bottle on their pager (link).

Beauty Haul: Ilu Sõnum

Hi loves! I picked up few amazing beauty items from Ilu Sõnum. Its a beauty fair, which takes place in Estonia twice year: spring and fall.

Lets jump in and the first thing I picked up is a love body butter from Olivolio Botanics and its their Donkey Milk Body Butter (review). Its for dry skin and makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft. I didn't expect to find it there, so it was a nice surprise.

Next I got MICA Beauty Makeup Perfecting Primer (30ml). It instantly makes the skin matte and smooth. It doesn't contain any parabens and if you didn't know before they do mineral makeup. I haven't tried their makeup before, but I do like some of their skincare items like the peeling gel (review) and the cleansing milk (review). I'm so excited to try their makeup base and I'll let you guys know how I like it :) Hopefully it will keep me matte all day, fingers crossed.

I ended up getting 2 skincare items from Premier and the first one is their Perfecting Eye Serum (30ml), I have very dry under eye area and I try this serum there on my hand and it made it so soft that I couldn't leave with out it. Their skincare is expensive, but I did get a free gift with it and I could choose between face serum or an eye cream. I picked their Prestige Concentrated Face Serum (50ml). Its so generous gift and I can't wait to start testing everything out. I also like the dark blue packaging.

The last two items I got, are from a new brand to me and it is -417. Its from Isreal and I got their Aromatic Body Peeling Kiwi & Mango (450g), which I could test out there on my hands and it made the skin so smooth. Another item I couldn't resist :D I also got from the same range their Aromatic Body Butter Kiwi & Mango (250ml) and this made my hands so soft. I got a free gift with the purchase, which is their Hand moisturizer (50ml). Its in perfect size for traveling.

This is it for my little haul :) I'm so excited to try out the new goodies and I'm happy I found a new brand to try as well. It was a great trip :)

Have you tried any of these items?

Review: Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder

Hi loves! Today's post is on Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder (5g, $4.40). Innisfree is a Korean beauty brand and they make natural beauty products. I got this powder in my Bomibox (its a beauty subscription box and contains full size kbeauty items).

The powder comes in a light green jar and has a sifter in it, so the powder wouldn't come out. It also came with a buff, but I like to use a brush more when applying my powder, so I tossed it.

The powder is with Jeju natural minerals and mint, which help with oil control. It also promises to control sebum, but I still get oily through out the day. I did notice when using it, my skin felt all day silky to the touch, even when I looked oily in the t-zone. It also didn't let my makeup brake up. I only needed to blot the skin and I my makeup looked fresh.

Another thing I like about this powder is the fact I can use it more ways then one. I can use it to prime my lids, set my makeup, use it after my skincare to control oiliness and also on my hair when its bit oily. It perfect for travel and it also helps the packaging is small ;)

I'm really happy with this powder. It handled my oily skin better then I expected. I haven't tried anything else from the brand and it was such a great introduction to the brand. Makes me wanna try more :)

If you are interested in this powder you can find it on RoseRoseShop, I'll leave the link here

Review: Evelyn Iona Natural & Organic Lip Gloss | Lise

Hi loves! I have been loving Evelyn Iona Natural & Organic Lip Gloss in shade Lise ($21). I got it in a Style Tone box and I love the ingredients in it are natural and organic. Every item you buy from the brand $1 will be donated to YWCA Canada. Here is the link to their main page, if you wanna check it out. Also all their products are cruelty free.

The gloss comes in a clear tube and has a very standard applicator. It glides on easily and it has a sweet vanilla scent to it, which I love. I love all the ingredients in it are eatable, so I can just eat it up if I want :) It contains ingredients like bark extract, which tightens and plumps the lips and I have to say my lips do look lusher whenever I have worn this gloss. Also contains oregano, which acts as antioxidant, vitamin E is natural moisturizer. Coconut oil helps with signs of aging and shea butter helps the skin with healing and improves the look.

The shades I got in the Style Tone box is Lise and its beautiful! Its a pinky nude shade with golden flakes in it. It looks gorgeous all over the lips and pair it with a bronze eye look, even more. Its perfect shade for summer and I just like to wear it on its own. Its quit pigmented for a gloss and I like the formula of it is not sticky. It glides on lips easily and makes my lips look bigger and lusher. I'm so impressed with it and I know its going to be most worn gloss this summer :)

The staying power is typical for a gloss. It does stay on through out drinks, but does lose some of the shine. It comes completely off after having food. I don't mind the reapplying, because its so effortless.

I'm so impressed with the gloss! Unfortunately their products are not available in Europe. They do deliver to USA, Canada and Australia (link). This gloss is available on Style Tone webshop, if you are interested I'll link it here

Have you heard of this gloss before?

Review: Organic Shop Organic Coffee & Sugar Body Scrub

Hi loves! Like promised this week I'll post one extra post, which is today's and I have review on Organic Shop Organic Coffee & Sugar Body Scrub (250ml, 6,35 EUR).

The scrub comes in a plastic jar and I need to scoop out the product. The formula contains 99.54% ingredients from natural origins and is free off SLS, parabens and silicones. The scrub feels thick and does a great job scrubbing all the dead skin cells off. It also contains organic coffee oil and natural sugar.

Its recommended to use 2 to 3 times a week. I use it on shower and massage it with circular motion on my skin. It leaves it soft and hydrated. Only thing I don't like so much is the scent. Its a coffee scent but some reason I don't like it. It just doesn't smell like freshly made coffee, which is the best smell in the world.

I love how it makes my skin feel and it is affordable, but I don't think I'll be repurchasing it, because of the scent. It's just my personal feelings. If you are still interested in this scrub and wanna check it out, I'll link it here.

Have you tried the brand before?

Review: Ontic Minerals Mineral Eyeshadow | Champagne Sparkles, I Insist!

Hi loves! Sorry for missing last week's post, but I'll post next week 2 posts. This week I have review on Ontic Minerals Mineral Eyeshadows in shade Champagne Sparkles, I Insist! (9.95 EUR). Their shadows are 100% natural and these two shades where sent to me with their glitters, which you can check out here

The formula of the shadows is silky to the touch and these are waterproof. These can be used dry or wet and the formula contains jojoba oil, which conditions and hydrates the delicate skin. There is no scent to these and its easy to remove with makeup remover.

Down below you can see swatches of both shades and these are so pigmented. I did swatch these dry, but I do like to apply these with wet brush. Its easy to work with these and they also work well with other powder shadows. I have two more shadows from them, which I bought myself and you can check the review on these out here.

  • E07 I insist! - is a pale green with golden glitter in it. It looks beautiful all over the lid. I like to use it whenever I do smokey eye in deeper greens.
  • E36 Champagne Sparkles - is shimmery champagne shade, which looks beautiful all over the lid and I also have used it in the inner corner of the eye.

I love these new shades and I'm happy to have them in my collection. I definetly wanna add more shades to my collection, which I'll do when I go to Estonia in May. You can check out their full eyeshadow range here.

Review: Naobay Renewal Argan Oil

Hi loves! Today's post is on wonderful beauty oil from Naobay and its their Renewal Argan Oil (30ml, 29.95 EUR). I picked it up in Estonia (store called I.L.U), but its also available on Amazon (Germany, link).

This beauty oil comes in a glass bottle and has a dropper, which makes application easier.

Argan oil contains 80% essential fatty acids. 45% of oleic acids and 35% of linoleic acids with high amount of vitamin E. The oil helps to fight against wrinkles, providing skin elasticity and also providing hydration to the skin. All the ingredients in this beauty oil are from natural origins.

I use this oil every evening as a last step in my skincare routine. It can also be mixed into night/day cream. If you have dry skin, it also good to add few drops of facial oil in your foundation. This would not work for me as I do have oily skin. I like to use oils in the evenings. After I have applied my night cream, I apply 3 drops of it to my face and massage it in. I also use it on my neck.

It sinks into the skin fast, but it does make my skin feel oily in the beginning. The oil has a natural scent to it and the formula of it feels light weight. In the morning my skin is not at all oily. It leaves it so soft, smooth and so much brighter. Before I stayed away from oils, but they really do make a huge difference in my skin. It nourishes the skin throughly when I sleep and helps to keep it soft and bright the next day.

I'm so happy I picked this oil up! It has been wonderful to my skin and I'm happy to have it in my face oil collection.

Which is your favorite facial oil?
